Lawsons Landing campground and day-use parking ($8-10). Unpaved road but passable.

Shallow water is generally safe but watch for oyster beds. Remote location. Poison oak in surrounding hills.

Local Tips

One of the best flat-water learning spots in NorCal. Camp overnight for sunset and sunrise sessions.
